Traditional & Timeless Bathroom Style

MID CENTURY MODERN

Mid Century Modern is an interior design trend that grew in popularity. Post-World War II. It emphasizes simplicity bright colors various textures and striking shapes that create a traditional & timeless bathroom look. Recently there has been a revival of the Mid-Century Modern trend in bathroom design. In our Bath and Kitchen Showroom display we chose a minimalistic Bertch cabinet made of walnut wood and mounted it on 14 inch legs to create a dramatically tall but sleek look. Wanting to add a bold color we chose the Moen Colinet faucet in gold. Off setting the dark wood but highlighting the gold fixtures we went with a mostly white Cambria Quartz countertop.

To integrate texture we decided to tile the walls with mosaic marble tiles from the Tile Shop. The Bertch mirror is framed with walnut wood, but rather than sticking with the traditional rectangular mirror or oval we opted to combine the two. The lighting compliments the faucet by carrying through the gold, but also boosts the Mid-Century Modern feel. Lastly, we accented the cabinet with honey bronze poles from Top Knobs.

Modern & Minimalistic Bathroom Style

WALL HUNG FLOATING BERTCH BATHROOM VANITY

A growing trend in the modern bathroom world is wall hung vanities. They allow for a floated look making any bathroom feel more open, and modern. The entire bathroom floor below becomes visible creating the illusion of an expanded floor space and larger room. Depicted in this display, is a Bertch cabinet made of birch wood, with a black painted finish and their Osage door style. To enhance the modern flair, we accented the vignette display with hexagon wall tile in a gray and white polished Carrara, from The Tile Shop. The vanity top is Cambria quartz in their classic versatile design, Torquay. The sink is an under mount Kohler Caxton rectangle in white. We decided to utilize a chrome finish for the Moen Genta faucet and Top Knobs hardware. Rustic & Farm House Bathroom Style

BERTCH DOUBLE BOWL RUSTIC BATHROOM VANITY

With any double bowl bathroom vanity you want functionality for multiple people to use the space at once, but you also want elegance. Enter our take on the double bowl vanity – a traditional style with a rustic twist. To bring in a traditional look, we created a dramatic herringbone tile backsplash from floor to ceiling with Carrara tiles from The Tile Shop.

We continued the customary feel with chrome finishes; Delta Kayra faucets, Moen Flara sconces, and round knobs for hardware. To bring in that rustic flair, we opted for a hickory wood vanity from Bertch Cabinets in their bistro glaze. The glaze on the wood and door style emphasizes the true beauty of the natural graining of hickory. We carried that look through with the framed mirrors. Lastly, we went with a classic favorite for a countertop, Cambria Countertops in Sandgate. Mimicking that of a beach, the style of Sandgate, the counter top has silver flecking and a mixture of cool white and grey tones.
